Cleaning up the craft room.. ugh!
I currently have no 'craft room', just a craft corner or the kitchen table. So, I'm always cleaning it up. Even when I'm in the middle of a project. It is very annoying and I am so looking forward to having my own office/craft room to keep my stuff in.
But I did want to share a tip that I have figured out these past couple of months. If you have your craft tstuff organized, it is easier to put it away and goes much faster. I didn't used to purchase all those organizers, but now I do. So, it your craft things are in a jumble, get some bins and start sorting!

I can clearly understand how you feel. I've been where you've been as far as not having a craft room. I finally have a craft room after buying a home with an extra room.
Prior to moving into our new home, my 'craft room' was the kitchen table, family room floor, bedroom, and garage.
I remember for years dreaming of how my 'craft room' would look. . .I would hang a pretty picture on the wall, put shelves up to organize my things, buy a real craft desk with all it's organized drawers, etc., etc.
It's funny because now that I have my craft room. . .I found that I've crammed everything in it that I could possibly fit. I spend just as much time "cleaning" up as I do creating things. I can't stand it when it's messy and it actually is a source of stress when it is. At least when I was in the garage, I didn't care if it was a little messy and I actually felt "free" to create. Now I feel burdened of cleaning up my room because I want it stay "pretty" and organized. The irony of it all!!
