Digital Scrapbooking with PSP9
PSP9 Tutorial: Make Vellum Out of Paper
Vellum adds demension to a layout. You can hide shapes and journaling, giving them a softer touch. And it is easy to make in Paint Shop Pro 9. Here's how:
1.) Create a new image as big as you want your piece of vellum.
2.) Open a patterned piece of paper. You can download mine here.
3.) In the new image, create a raster layer with opacity at 70. You can adjust this depending on how light you want your vellum to be.
4.) Fill the layer with your pattern paper.
5.) Layers -> Merge -> Merge Visible
6.) Save as a png. Enjoy!
