Lollipop Ghost
Our Halloween ghost doubles as a decoration and a treat as a Halloween party favor.
You'll need:
- Two facial tissues
- 6 inches of orange ribbon
- Tootsie roll or other lollipop
- Black marker
- Lay one tissue flat. Lay the other so that the points are not matched up.
- Place the lollipop in the center and gather the tissue around the pop.
- Tie the tissue off with the orange ribbon.
- Make a bow in the ribbon.
- Draw a ghostly face with the marker, being careful of the marker bleeding into the tissue.
