Halloween Crafts Ghost Wind Sock Ghost Wind Sock can be used inside or out to creat a fun spooky atmosphere on Halloween night. You'll need: Cardstock; white and black String White plastic garbage bag Tape Hole punch Scissors Instructions: Tape the white piece of cardstock into a 8.5-inch high tube. Cut spooky ghost face pieces(eyes, mouth) out of the black cardstock and tape them on the white cardstock. Do one on the front and one on the back of the tube. Punch two holes on the sides at the top of the tub. Attach the string to hang it. Cut the garbage bag open and then into strips leaving one inch of the bag uncut so the strips stay attached to each other.
