Ghost Wind Sock can be used inside or out to creat a fun spooky atmosphere on Halloween night.

You'll need:

• Cardstock; white and black
• String
• White plastic garbage bag
• Tape
• Hole punch
• Scissors

1. Tape the white piece of cardstock into a 8.5-inch high tube.
2. Cut spooky ghost face pieces(eyes, mouth) out of the black cardstock and tape them on the white cardstock. Do one on the front and one on the back of the tube.
3. Punch two holes on the sides at the top of the tub. Attach the string to hang it.
4. Cut the garbage bag open and then into strips leaving one inch of the bag uncut so the strips stay attached to each other.
5. Tape the garbage bag to he inside of the tub, so that the strips hang down and can be caught by the wind.
