You'll need:

• Construction paper
• Tape
• Crayons or markers
• 1-foot yarn
• Hole punch
• decorative items: sequins, glitter glue, pom-poms, etc.

1. Fold the paper in half lengthwise.
2. Cut from the fold to 1-inch before the edge.
3. Unfold and decorate the side where the fold is a hill rather than a valley.
4. Form a tube lengthwise with the paper and secure with tape.
5. Hole punch two holes on either side at the top of the tube.
6. Make a hanger by tying the yarn in the holes.
