I'd hate to have this thing flying around my yard, but on quilled cards it's cute. This pattern is fun for scrapbooking, cards or a decoration in your home. Very simple to do. You will need to do some basic quilling shapes and then glue down the piece in parts.

You'll need:

• one circle
• two long triangles, with an extra point on the bottom

• This can be made smaller by tightening up the triangles and using less paper for the middle circle.
