Another Halloween quilled pattern that is cute on cards and tags. This pattern is fun for scrapbooking, cards or a decoration in your home. Very simple to do. You will need to do some basic quilling shapes and then glue down the piece in parts.

You'll need:

• one loose half-circle
• one tight crescents for the moon

• Make the half-circle with more paper around the top then on the straight edge.
