Three things I'd gladly give to charity
Today's blog prompt from Digital Scrapbook Place is naming three things I'd give to charity - which got me thinking about the three things I'd love to give to charity:
- 80% of my teen daughter's clothes
- 95% of my 10 yo daughter's make and keep craft items
- and do they take 4 yo girls?
Just kidding, it's been a day... I have a bag ready to go of clothes we've grown out of and it is time to fill a bag for the food bank - bag came with our newspaper, pretty cool reminder. The third thing is my time, I donate quite a bit of it to my girl scout troop - this donating is allowed to be fun, right?

Donating is definitely allowed to be fun! Volunteering can be really hard work, but so rewarding. My dd and I do girl scouts too!
Sounds like a great list. Now if you have a place that will take 4 yo girls, see if they will take 2 yo boys too. :)
Giving time is so important. For many people it is so easy to just give money and then forget about it. When you give your time, you have your heart invested in it.
Best not to donate the first two items. Your daughters will bankrupt you to replace them.
