3 Diet Tips that Always Work and I Always Forget to Do
This is today's blog prompt from Digital Scrapbook Place, and since I have a few tips - none of which I do on a regular basis - I thought I should post:
Drink water. Always have a water bottle with you and your will not only feel less hungry but you will be giving your body the ability to lose the fat.
Keep a log - even when you aren't dieting. Know when you narturally put on pounds, etc.
Portion size: palm of hand. If you keep meats, carb(pastas, rice, potatoes), etc to this size potion you won't be overdoing.
Maybe with everyone doing three tips we can have a whole tip list!

All very good tips. I have the hardest time with drinking alot of water, especially when I am at home. Thanks for the reminder.

I knew drinking water was good, but I didn't know it helped rid the body of fat - thanks for the info!!

Great tips! two more: I tend to brush my teeth, too, so I don't want to eat again (sometimes that backfires) and I chew gum.
Excellent. I'm with you on keeping a log. I have a program that I use to keep track.
