3 Diet Tips that Always Work and I Always Forget to Do
This is today's blog prompt from Digital Scrapbook Place, and since I have a few tips - none of which I do on a regular basis - I thought I should post:
Drink water. Always have a water bottle with you and your will not only feel less hungry but you will be giving your body the ability to lose the fat.
Keep a log - even when you aren't dieting. Know when you narturally put on pounds, etc.
Portion size: palm of hand. If you keep meats, carb(pastas, rice, potatoes), etc to this size potion you won't be overdoing.
Maybe with everyone doing three tips we can have a whole tip list!
Using Postcards for Elements
One simple element you can use in a travel scrapbook is a postcard of the area you have gone. Pick up a couple of extra, especially if they have postcards of landmarks that you aren't able to get a good picture of. You can spray these with archival mist before using with your photos. For digital scrapbooking, just scan in the postcard or take a digital shot of it. Still makes a wonderful element in your book of your trip.
Newest Favorite Christmas Memory
Blog Prompt: newest favorite memory from this year's celebrations... This is easy, my mom loved the digital scrapbook I gave her! This is significant because I always give her a scrapbook of her grandchildren and she loves them, but now I needed to give her the printed out digital one because I moved waaaayyyy up north and can't get paper pictures of my nieces and nephews. (you know how brothers and sisters can be about getting you anything, right?)
Needless to say, mom loved it and I was very relieved!
Titled: Snow Day I love these colors that were originally picked out for the SNL group that I participate in at Digital Scrapbooking Place, here is this month's forum thread for the group. We've recently moved north, so I'm going to be using this kit quite a bit ;-) I hope you enjoy it! Sorry it's a few days late, holidays getting in the way.SNOW DAY

Scrapbooking Tip Dramatic Layouts
You can make dramatic layouts by using bright and contrasting colors. These layouts say bold!
