How do you like to travel?

dsp blog prompt: “What's your favorite way to travel? Car, plane, train, boat? What do you do while you're traveling? (Assuming you're not the driver!)”

I like to listen to an audio book because I can’t read in the car, always had terrible motion sickness. I still take something for it when the ride is going to be more than an hour. Being the driver helps too, but not always. I like flying because you get there so much quicker. I’m not sure about by boat, never traveled that way.

The best thing is to daydream and make life lists of things you want to do before you’re too old to do them.

I've been fortunate that I don't suffer from motion sickness because reading usually helps pass the time. I love listening to audio books when I'm the one doing the driving.

I use to have motion sickness as a child. I don't know exactly when I grew out of it, but I sure am glad I did.

I have trouble focusing on books on tape but sometimes I find one that I can really hang on to. When I'm driving I start to make lists and then I miss my exit!
