Free Digital Scrapbook Papers

Today I was in the mood to download some paper pack freebies… cuz I saw some and they were pretty and well, you have to have some control! I mean, otherwise I would be downloading all day. Plus, I only like downloading the best… some freebies are just okay and I don’t have that much memory. (no insult to those who work hard at freebies!)
