Scrapbooking Tip #9 Make a Stencil with Punches

Another use for your collection of punches is to make a stencil that you can use to make color embellishments for your pages. First pick out a punch and punch the shape into heavy cardstock(use up your scraps!). Cut around the shape giving yourself 1/2" of paper all the way around the punched out area. Place the cut out paper on a piece of cardstock and use chalk, stamp pad ink, markers, etc to color it in. Volia! You've just made and used a stencil.
