- 5.5"X2.75" black cardstock tag blank
- Three ghosts, varying sizes
- black pen
- black fuzzy fiber
- 1 ghost eyelet
- 1 purple BOO
- two wiggle eyes
- 2 blue buttons
- wire with 5 white seed beads
- 3 pop dots
- Ink around your ghost cut outs.
- The largest ghost cut out gets the wiggle eyes and buttons.
- The medium size cut out gets the wire beads as a necklace.
- Glue boo on the bottom and attach the ghost eyelet before pop dotting on the ghosts.
- Attach the fuzzy fiber.
