Ingredients:

8 ounces of process American cheese; shredded

4 ounces butter; softened

2/3 cup flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup hazelnuts; toasted and finely ground

hazelnuts; whole

couple of dashes of hot pepper sauce; to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Blend all the ingredients together.

Form small bits(balls). Press a whole hazelnut into the center of each ball.

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Serve the bits hot.
