Miniature Reubens Recipe
Ingredients:
1 11-ounce package frozen STOUFFER'SŪ Creamed Chipped Beef; thawed
2 cups Swiss cheese; shredded
1/2 cup sauerkraut; well drained
4 green onions; minced
1 large egg; lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
28 rye OR pumpernickel cocktail-size bread slices
Vegetable cooking spray
Instructions:
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients.
Thousand Island dressing evenly over 1 side of each bread slice; top evenly with beef mixture.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
