Appetizer Recipes Avocado Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lg. avocado; peeled and diced
2 tbsp. green onions; sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. each hot pepper sauce, celery seed and dry mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Instructions:
In a blender, blend together avocado, green onion and lemon juice; blend until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill for 2 hours with the pit in the dip - keeps it green.
Serve with corn chips, crackers or breads.
Yields: 2 1/2 cups.
