Creamy Red Pepper Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 8-oz. package cream cheese; softened

8-oz. sour cream

8-oz. sharp cheddar cheese; grated

1 fresh jalapeno pepper; seeded and finely chopped

1 red pepper; seeded and finely chopped

1 clove garlic; minced

1/2 t. ground cumin

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

Chill for at least two hours.

Serve with crackers or white corn chips. Makes 2 cups.
