Barbecue Recipes Simple Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pork rib chops, about 1 inch thick
Instructions:
- Stir together the first five ingredients to make your marinate mixture.
- Marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Set grill for high heat. Sear the chops by cooking them 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Lower grill heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes on each side.(check meat to be sure they are done) Salt and pepper to taste.
