Spicy Grilled Flounder Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds flounder fillet
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons vegatable oil or non-stick spray

Instructions:

  1. Oil grill(or use nonstick spray) and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients but the fish in a bowl.
  3. Place fish on the grill and baste.
  4. Grill, turning and basting occasionally every 2 minutes or so, for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is flaky and cook through.
