Barbecue Recipes Spicy Grilled Flounder Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds flounder fillet
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons vegatable oil or non-stick spray
Instructions:
Oil grill(or use nonstick spray) and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Whisk together all ingredients but the fish in a bowl.
Place fish on the grill and baste.
Grill, turning and basting occasionally every 2 minutes or so, for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is flaky and cook through.
