Barbecue Recipes Spicy Grilled Flounder Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds flounder fillet
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons vegatable oil or non-stick spray
Instructions:
- Oil grill(or use nonstick spray) and preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Whisk together all ingredients but the fish in a bowl.
- Place fish on the grill and baste.
- Grill, turning and basting occasionally every 2 minutes or so, for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is flaky and cook through.
