Barbecue Recipes Chinese Barbecued Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
3 pounds Baby back ribs cut into individual ribs
1/2 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoons sugar
1 dash salt
3 teaspoons hoisin sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions:
To make rib coating, combine all ingredients except ribs.
Coat ribs and place in refrigerator and marinate for 4 hours or longer.
Grill on low avoiding direct flame, turning and basting as you go.
Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the ribs.
