Chinese Barbecued Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds Baby back ribs cut into individual ribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions:

  1. To make rib coating, combine all ingredients except ribs.
  2. Coat ribs and place in refrigerator and marinate for 4 hours or longer.
  3. Grill on low avoiding direct flame, turning and basting as you go.
  4. Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the ribs.
