Barbecue Recipes
1 pound fresh asparagus, prepared, washed, trimmed and tough ends peeled
Instructions: Place spears in a large bowl or plate and pour on the oil, tossing spears to cover them, esp the tops. Spinkle with salt. Grill for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, directly above coals. One quarter turns every minute. Serve immediately. Yields: 4 servings.
