Barbecue Recipes Barbecued Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
24 medium mushrooms
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
3 tbsp. margarine, divided
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
dash of crushed pepper
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
Instructions:
- Remove stems from mushrooms and save the caps. Chop stems and cook until tender with green onions and 1 tbsp. of margarine. Add flour, marjoram, pepper and wine. Cook until thick, stirring frequently. Add ham and parsley; stir well.
- Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture. Place mushrooms on a piece of foil and dot with the remaining margarine. Wrap up the mushrooms in the foil and be sure to seal all edges.
- Grill mushrooms on gas grill set at medium for 15-20 minutes.
