Barbecue Recipes Grilled Glazed Mango Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ripe mangos, peeled
p>Instructions:
- Cut mango into 1" thick pieces.
- In a small saucepan, boil the balsamic vinegar over high heat until reduced by half. Add olive oil, chili and salt. Stir well.
- Place the mango slices in the marinade for at least three hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grill grates.
- Grill the mango for 5-6 minutes or until browned and softened, turning once.
- Serve with remaining balsamic glaze.
