Barbecue Recipes Barbecue Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
5 salmon fillets
1/2 cup peanut oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
4 green onions, chopped
3 tsp. brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
p>Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, green onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame oil and salt. Mix well with whisk.
- Place salmon fillets in a large container and pour marinade over the fillets. Cover the fish and refrigerate for at least five hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill the salmon for 10-20 or until fish flakes with a fork. Turn halfway through cooking.
