Ham and Pineapple Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 3/4 pound cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 - 15 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Heat grill to high heat.
  2. Whisk together marinate ingredients: brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, and mustard.
  3. Skewer ham and pineapple alternately.
  4. Oil the grill.
  5. Baste the kabobs and place them on the grill.
  6. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, use quarter turns every minute and baste. Serve when heated through.
