Barbecue Recipes Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
6 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cracked red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
p>Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix pineapple juice, peanut oil, ginger root, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper and salt. Add chicken and coat well with sauce.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat grill and lightly grease the cooking grates.
- Grill chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
