Barbecue Recipes Grilled Green Beans and Red Onion Recipe
Ingredients:
1 red onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 pound trimmed green beans
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
Toss together 1 red onion, cut into 8 wedges, with 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
Cook in hot grill(use aluminum foil bowl) or wok until caramelized on one side, 3 to 5 minutes.
Toss 3/4 pound beans with 1 tablespoon oil.
Flip onions; put beans on top. Cook until beans are tender, 5 to 15 minutes.
