Ingredients:

4 slices fresh pineapple
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cherry brandy
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

Combine honey, brandy and lemon juice in a large bowl. Marinade pineapple in this for about 1 hour. Place pineapple directly on the rack of the grill at medium to high direct heat. Grill for 10 minutes or until camelized on each side.

Yields: 4 servings.
