Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 1 cup chopped green pepper
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 16 oz. spaghettic sauce
• 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

• 1 cup milk
• 1 T oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine milk, oil and eggs. Beat 1 minute at med. speed.
3. Add flour and salt. Beat 2 minutes. Set aside.
4. In a large skillet, brown meat, drain.
5. Add onions, green pepper and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. In a baking 13x9-inch dish, pour the bottom layer of the meat mixture, top with sauce, then cheese.
7. Pour the batter over the cheese, coving the misture completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
