McDonalds McMuffin Recipe

Ingredients:

• 6 English muffins; toasted
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 6 eggs
• 6 (3/4 ounce) slices American cheese
• 12 (1/2 ounce) slices Canadian bacon

Instructions:

1. Lightly fry the canadian bacon slices in a 12 inch skillet and set aside to keep warm.
2. Fry eggs one at a time in melted butter over low-medium heat, breaking yolks before flipping.
3. Top each egg with 2 slices of Canadian bacon and 1 slice of cheese.
4. When cheese has melted, place egg on English muffins.
