Applebee's Bourbon Street Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

2 beef tenderloin steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick

2 tablespoons bourbon

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

salt

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour on steaks.

Grill for 13 minutes for rare, 17 for medium or 20 for well done. Turn once during cooking at half time.

Serves 2.
