Applebee's Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients:

2 slices of lean bacon; cut into 1/2-inch pieces, fried crisp and crumbled

2 - 8 inch flour tortilla shells

Softened butter;

1 Tbsp. Quesadillas

1/4 C. Shredded colby/monterey jack cheese

Sour cream to taste

Guacamole to taste

Applebee's Picante sauce to taste

Instructions:

Spread butter on one side of two flour tortilla shells.

Heat a frying pan to medium heat, place tortilla shell in the frying butter side down.

Spinkle on bacon and cheese and top with the other tortilla shell - butter side up.

Cook unitl the inside cheese melts, then flip.

Cook for one minute. Remove from heat.

Serve quesadillas with guacamole, sour cream and Applebee's Picante sauce.

Serves 1.
