Ingredients:
1 lb crabmeat; picked over
6 green onions; chopped
1 large red pepper; diced
1 lb Velveeta cheese; cubed
2 cups Monterey jack cheese; cubed
1 can Rotel tomatoes; drained
garlic powder; to taste
Tabasco sauce; to taste
salt and pepper; to taste
Instructions:
- In a skillet, sauté onions and red pepper in butter.
- Add all ingredients except crab meat to the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on high until the cheese is melted.
- Add crabmeat and cook on low for 1 hour.
