Crock Pot Breakfast Risotto Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter; melted
  • 3 apples; washed, cored and cubed
  • 1 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/8 t nutmeg
  • 1/8 t cloves
  • 1/4 t kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups arborio rice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups 2% milk

Instructions:

  1. Grease the inside of your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour melted butter into your crock pot. Add the rice to the butter, and stir it around to coat it.
  3. Add the apples, and spices. Stir in the juice, half and half.
  4. Cover and cook on low 6-9 hours. Stir before serving.
