Ingredients:
1.5 pounds boneless top round steak; 1/2" thick and cut into 6 serving sizes
1 12-oz jar fat free savory beef gravy
2 TBS tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions:
Lightly spray the crock pot with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except the steak ingredients.
- Layer the steak and gravy in the crock pot starting and ending with the gravy.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Yield: 6 servings.
