Ingredients:
1 16 oz. pkg pound cake mix
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/4 c finely chopped nuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Follow pound cake package directions and pour batter into well greased and floured 2 lb coffee can.
- Combine sugar, flour, nuts and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle over batter.
- Put can in crock pot. Cover top of can with 6 sheets of paper towels.
- Cover on high for 3 to 4 hours. Do clean toothpick test.
Yield: 4 -6 servings.
