Ingredients:
1 cup long-grain brown rice
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 cup water
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In the crock pot, mix together all of the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve with milk.
