Ingredients:
1/2 cup short grain brown rice
1/2 cup millet; washed
1/2 cup barley; washed
8 cups water
1/2 c or more dates; chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- In the crock pot, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Stir before serving. Serve with milk and brown sugar.
