Ingredients:
5 pounds sausage, sliced into 2-inch pieces
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups ketchup
4 ounces whiskey
Instructions:
In a bowl mix together the last three ingredients.
In a crock pot, layer one quarter of the sausage, then one quarter of the sauce. Repeat, ending with sauce.
Cover and cook on low for about 8 to 9 hours.
