Crockpot Italian Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 lb. Italian sausage

2 eggs

1/4 C. milk

1/2 C. dry breadcrumbs

3 T. grated parmesan cheese

1/2 t. garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

spaghetti sauce of choice

Instructions:

Whisk together eggs and milk.

In a large bowl, combine egg/milk mixture to beef and sausage.

Add and mix together the rest of ingredients.

Shape meat mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes to brown. Add to crock pot.

Pour speghetti sauce over the meatballs and gently stir.

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
