Ingredients:
3 pounds, about 16 chicken wings; rinsed and patted dry, wing tips cut and wings cut in two pieces
1 onion; chopped
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 cloves garlic; crushed
1/4 cup dry sherry
Instructions:
- Broil wings 4 inches from heat for about 10 minutes on each side, or until browned.
- Place wings in crock pot.
- Mix together all of the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour over wings in crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low 5 - 6 hours, stirring twice in that time to coat wings.
