Crock Pot RecipesCream of Sweet Potato Soup
Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes; cooked and mashed
2 cups chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
salt to taste
1 1/2 cups half and half
Garnish: sour cream
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Dollop with sour cream for garnish.
Serves 6 to 8.
