Crock Pot RecipesCreamed Chicken and Corn Soup
Ingredients:
12-oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 26-oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 14 3/4-oz can cream-style corn
1 14-oz can chicken broth
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup water
2 slices bacon; cooked, drained and crumbled
Instructions:
- Combine first nine ingredients in crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Remove chicken, debone and chunk.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon.
