Crockpot Potatoes and Sausage
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, sliced
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 bunch green onions, diced
pepper, salt and garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
Mix together sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in a greased crock pot. Blend soup and milk; pour over ingredients in crock pot, stir. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
Yields: 6 servings.
