Crock Pot RecipesBeef Barley Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb. cubed beef
2 cup carrots; sliced thin
1 cup celery; thin sliced
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 lg. onion; diced
1/2 cup barley
1/4 chopped parsley
1-2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dried basil
2 tbsp. catsup
Instructions:
- Layer all ingredients in order shown in the crockpot, spinkling spices on top.
- Cover with 5 cups of water, do not stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
