Crock Pot RecipesEasy Seafood Chowder
Ingredients:
2 pounds cod or haddock fillets, thawed, cut in small pieces
1/4 pound lean bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 onion, chopped
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups fish stock, clam juice, or water
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse-ground black pepper
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 14-oz can evaporated milk
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook for 4-6 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Serves 6.
