Hobo Meatball Stew

Ingredients:

1 lb. meatballs, browned

4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

4 carrots, cut into chunks

1 large onion, cut into chunks

1/2 C. ketchup

1/2 C. water

1 1/2 tsp. vinegar

1/2 tsp. dried basil

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Layer potatoes, carrots and onions in the crock pot. Top with meatballs.
In a large bowl, mix together ketchup, water, vinegar, basil and salt and pepper. Pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.

Serves 6.
