Crock Pot Cream Cheese Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp dried onion; minced
  • 2 cloves garlic; minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 medium potatoes; cleaned and sliced
  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese; cut in cubes

Instructions:

  1. Grease crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Layer 1/4 of the sliced potatoes in bottom of crock pot, then seasoning mixture, then cream cheese cubes.
  4. Repeat layering process, ending with layer of potatoes, then sprinkle with seasoning.
  5. Cover, cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
  6. In last hour of cooking, stir potato layers to distribute the cream cheese.
