Crockpot Recipes Crock Pot Cream Cheese Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp dried onion; minced
- 2 cloves garlic; minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 medium potatoes; cleaned and sliced
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese; cut in cubes
Instructions:
- Grease crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Layer 1/4 of the sliced potatoes in bottom of crock pot, then seasoning mixture, then cream cheese cubes.
- Repeat layering process, ending with layer of potatoes, then sprinkle with seasoning.
- Cover, cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
- In last hour of cooking, stir potato layers to distribute the cream cheese.
