Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh mint
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups strong brewed tea
  • 1 liter club soda; chilled
  • Rose, calendula, or pansy petals
  • 1 large stem lavender

    Instructions:

      Place water, sugar, mint and lavender in a large stainless-steel pan. Bring to boiling; remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain mixture and add to orange juice, lemon juice and tea; chill. Just before serving, add chilled club soda. If desired, sprinkle punch with edible flower petals.
